"I made the decision to have a backup battery. The options were discussed with Rize. As a result I bought a new 17 amp primary battery and will use the existing 13 amp battery as a backup. The new battery was delivered promptly and I am happy with the results. Very comfortable to know that we can count on Rize for sound advice and service."

- Hellow , I am looking for a replacement battery for my Rize mini 2020 bike (its a reetention Dorado 48v/20ah ) that has had a VERY DESAPPOINTING Life ( about 2 years , less 1800KM and less that 100 recharge cycle base on my research its was probbaly build with low quality batteries , how can you acertain me that your replacement is build with a higher quality battery pack , can you indicate the type of batteries used , again based on my research the best quality battery are Samsung 21700 , please provide me with a detailed description of the battery type used since a $ 900 replacement on a $2500 2 year old bike is troublesome , and I would like to make sure that I will get a quality replacement , please advise thanks ( my original order was C13734)
- Our batteries are made by Samsung however even they will start facing Natural Degradation around the 2.-5-3 year mark and if we factor in riding up steep inclines and weight load it can create additional strain on the batteries regardless of range traveled.
