Not disappointed at ALL! Rize X is sic!!

"Went to work and back twice so far. . . takes a few rides to get your sweet spot that is comfortable for you with pedal assist. I am 70 years old and the seat doesn't cut it with me. . . nice thing is most other seats will fit the post with no problem. I have a comfort seat now its pretty sweet. The cruise control is so good. . . and like the password protection so no one can power up the bike when left unattended. I have over 57 km now and the battery is at 70 percent!! So breaking the 100 KM will be no problem as advertised. The display tells you as you ride how much power is being used, with pedal assist it keeps the voltage draw to a minimum and of course extending your battery life. Totally satisfied!!!!!"

"I was doing some research on bikes and asked a friend who I knew owned an ebike where he purchased his. He referred Rize to me, telling he purchase his a few years ago and was still happy with his. Being a Canadian company was a big plus for me. I contacted a representative from Rize through email and explained my needs and a bit about myself and asked for a recommendation. I received a response quickly with a recommendation and the impressive thing was I was not pointed to the most expensive bike. I ordered my bike(unfortunately the colour I wanted was sold out) and was shipped to be quickly and I had it in a week. (I live in Ontario). So far am loving my new ebike but have only had it a couple of weeks."

Love it!

"I absolutely love this bike! I am a 52 year old woman and used to be an avid biker. A few physical ailments kept me away from biking for 10 years. Last year, I visited my son in Edmonton and we went e-biking. I was able to bike over 40 km that day with the assistance to get up hills. It was a game changer and I decided that I was going to get myself one. I absolutely love the fact that I am booting up and down HUGE hills with no trouble at all, yet still getting a lot of exercise. I feel like I have my mobility back. The only reason I am not giving a 5/5 review is because I was under the impression this was a Canadian made bike, which was my main reason for buying it. My research was wrong. But the bike is awesome, so it is a 5/5 in that department, for sure. I just wish I had spent this money on a Canadian made product."

Received the e-bike within a

"Received the e-bike within a reasonable time from ordering. Everything has been as advertised. Easy to assemble-just take your time to make sure you get it right the first time. Everything works as it should. Can program different functions quite easily by following instructions. Battery mileage seems to be getting better. It has been a long time since I owned a bike so find a rather solid suspension takes a bit of getting used to. Might look at a suspension seat to take out some of the jarring and maybe reduce tire air pressure a bit. The gear shifter system works very smoothly. After putting on 100 K in two weeks I would say that this bike is well spec'd out although I did purchase a more comfortable seat. Absolutely no complaints so far."
