"I spent a lot of time searching and researching on Goggle and FB ads. I called - spoke to staff for more information - looked @ their website for pricing comparisons - etc. Having test ridden and looking @ overall value for the type of ride I wanted, I went into RIZE 3-times before making my decision. The main reason - Whang (service manager). His customer service was FANTASTIC. A good part of my reason to buy from RIZE because his service was excellent every time I went in w/ any questions. I've bought my previous bikes from other bike stores - received service from other bike stores, (sadly all stolen now) . . . . and needing a new ebike RIZE offered me the BEST service. I needed a few adjustments on the bike specific to my needs, and Whang helped me with what I needed to change, and adjusted the fit for me (carpel in both wrists), to make a more comfortable ride. Would highly recommend you consider a bike from RIZE."
