"Fantastic bike, very comfortable, high quality. Extremely clear instructions with online videos are most helpful, and staff are ready to quickly answer questions/concerns without delay. Enclosed battery impossible to steal, safety features include bright lights, automatic motor cutoff when applying brakes. Plenty of power assistance for climbing hills, puncture resistant tires, sleek looking. Even though this bike is heavy, (I’m a senior!) it’s easy to maneuver even when not riding with the “walk assist” function, which activates the motor to turn slowly so you can move the bike effortlessly. This is my second Rize bike purchase. I love them! The ONLY thing that disappointed me (therefore, reduction of one star) was the non-adjustable bike stem. Even with adjustable handlebars, I couldn’t get them high enough or close enough to sit upright comfortably, so I had to purchase an adjustable stem from a separate company. That solved the problem but I’d rather save the hassle, pay more and get a Rize bike with built-in adjustable stem, or at least the option at checkout to purchase such. I’ve had numerous ebikes over the years, this one is absolutely the BEST!"

"I love this bike. it is so fun to use and makes riding bikes enjoyable again. the biggest thing i was worried about was if the seat was going to be comfy or not, because that takes the joy out of riding for me, but as far as bike seats go, I think it's been great! the instructions were not as beginner-friendly as I would have liked. . . (not enough photos to make them easy to follow) but my brother who is far more bike savvy was able to help me get it all done at home. The multi-tool that comes with it is great!"
