"2022 RXPro! 23,997 Kms, 5 sets of tires, second rear rim, 5 chain/cassettes, second seat post, third rear rack, third seat, third set of bar grips, 4 sets of brake pads, third motor. Second motor failure was my fault so second motor really. I just returned from an almost 1400km road trip over 10 days, I can verify this! On climb was so steep I though my chain would break for sure. The bike plus 4 panniers, a rack bag loaded with camping gear clothing, and three extra batteries, yes I have 5 batteries! Longest day, 182kms, again a can verify this. I am an expert on the rx pro. Not perfect but I would have killed any other bike, 12 months a year, snow, rain. Things a breast."

"Really impress with the performance of my bike. It has great drives and power which is what I was looking for. I can climb a one mile 11% steep hill at 35 km an hours and rice at 60km/hr. Important to not that I had some derailleur issues at the beginning and their customer service staff (Matt) has been excellent to help me getting it fix very quickly and professionally. I strongly recommend the bike and the company."

"Bike is everything I hoped for. Easily figured out for someone like me who is new to E-bikes, comfortable to ride, quick and easy assembly out of the box. Have ridden several other bikes since getting the Rize bike, and I prefer the Rize over the others. Price was reasonable, quick shipping, so far great overall experience with Rize."

RX Pro great bike, I love it, would buy another
"Purchased the RX Pro w/ second battery back in late 2021, and I love it. I have put on over 3500kms on it in 3 years (don't ride in Winter) It's a powerful beast, and with the 2 batteries, I get tired before they give out. You probably know all of the benefits or features of the bike as listed on the web, I would just like to point out a few items I have found after riding it for a long time. - With 2 batteries, I have gone 85+km on trips around town, and still had a little juice left. Obviously mileage varies depending on weight, wind, elevation, and how much PAS you use (on long trips, I keep it low, like 1-2) But I have never run out of power. - Brakes feel like they are getting time to change them, I would say they should last you about 3000-4000 km. - If there is one weak point, I might say it's the chain, but it's not the bikes fault. Between my cranking hard and the 1000w of motor power, I guess it was too much, and the chain broke around the 3000km point. I bought a new one, and now carry chain tools and a spare master link, so I can repair on the road - At about 2500km, the motor started making whining gear noises. Watched some videos, and took apart the mid-drive motor, and found there was very little grease on the gears, but otherwise no visible wear. I cleaned the gears and repacked with good grease, and it was as good as new. I do plan on performing regreasing every 2 years/2000km, just to be sure. - I LOVE the fat tires on this bike, but the rear has picked up about 1 flat a year (why can't it ever be the front, which is much easier to change?) This can't be blamed on the bike, it's stuff on the road (like nails/staples). I keep the tires up at 30psi to avoid pinch flats. I do carry a spare tube (so you don't need to patch on the road, you can just do a quick swap), and I highly recommend getting one of those battery air pumps, as filling the fat tires takes FOREVER with a hand pump (ask me how I know this ?!?) - I find the original headlight ok, but I ride a lot at night, and on bike paths with no street lighting. Was finding I was riding faster than the headlight provided, I added a rechargeable super bright headlight for nighttime riding, and it's like a car with highbeams now. This isn't really a problem for the average user, as the light is more for safety than vision, so others can see you. My ideal is that they would put the large headlight from the Blade on the RX Pro, as the one that comes with it just looks tiny on this bike. It really needs a much bigger unit (I know it's more for the look of the bike rather than the amount of light it puts out, but this beast just screams for a large housing headlight). I asked but Rize says they don't sell the light separately. - When you first get the bike, you really need to go through the whole bike, and TIGHTEN every single screw. Even better, pull every screw and put some Locktite on the threads and then put them back in good and tight. And every Spring, when you take it back out, tighten them all again. The more you ride, the more the vibrations shake things loose. Last thing you want is something falling off while riding, and then you've lost the item/screw. Overall, I love this bike, and none of the points I made above are really any fault of Rize or this bike, they are more issues with maintenance and wear and tear, due to the mileage I put on the bike. I just wanted to point them out, so you get some actual usage feedback, and a few comments about what to be aware of."
