"The bikes arrived in a short time in well packaged boxes. They were straight forward to assemble. Also, custom setup through the LCD, display is user friendly. The lights are good and bright and it's cool how the LCD display is lit up automatically when the lights are turned on. The folding feature is s big positive for us. With two of these, minimum storage space and transportability is a must. The bikes are solid when riding on any terrain, no movement in the frame whatsoever."

"For the most part our two Bolt X bikes arrived safely and were assembled without too much difficulty. There are however two minor issues which aren't show stoppers, more annoyances. Issue #1 the brakes on both bikes (mainly the front brakes) begin to howl/screach as you ride. A simple tap of the breaks stops the noise but on a gravel road, having to do that every 30 seconds gets annoying. Issue # 2 the gears on one of the two bikes are off. Anywhere between gears 1-3 and 5-7 causes the derailer to flip the chain back and forth from one gear to another. I followed the instructions in the support video adjusting the barrel nut/screw but think I made the issue worse not better. Besides that everything works as anticipated."
