"I've only been out a couple times on my new City eBike, but I LOVE it . . . it's been super easy to learn how to coordinate pedal assist with the 7 gears. We live up a hill, so without the assist we'd never get out riding in our neighborhood! Can't wait to get out on all the local rail-trails. The battery is skookum - haven't lost a bar yet and have ridden more than 30 km. And staff were super helpful and responsive when I had a small warranty issue when the bike first arrived. I'd definitely recommend this bike!"

"I ordered this Rize City bike from B. C. Even though I live in Ontario because it is simply the best. This is my third Rize bike I bought for myself and others. Excellent quality and awesome service! (What good is a product without customer service to back you up?) I had a problem reaching handelbars due to an injury in my elbow, and even though these are adjustable, I couldn’t quite reach. Customer service worked with me to find the perfect solution by ordering a different stem. Rize offers videos for every imaginable situation—assembling your bike, replacing parts, etc. They are extremely organized and very professional. You will NEVER need to worry that after purchase you are left “on your own” to figure things out. Got a question? Rize answers emails FAST! Best products, best service. I am HAPPY!"

"This is my second Rize Bike. This one has step through which i love due to a bad knee. It also has the ability to adjust the height and closeness of the handlebars which i LOVE due to a previous shoulder injury. This will hopefully keep me riding for many more years to come. In addition i love the battery position underneath the bar and the ease of removal and replacement."

Ok ride

"Bike is good , controls seem a liitle off. With PAS set 1 to 5 1 does after starup almost seems like it is resisting rather than assisting, in PAS 2 all is fine although it seems like it surges even though I am pedalling at a constant rate. Seat not as comfortable as expected. Bike is solid and like the step through feature, easy shifting both up and down, brakes are excellent."
